Amend Amendment No. 24 by Dunnam to CSHB 1 (page 14, amendment 
packet) as follows:
	(1)  In Item No. 3 of the amendment, strike "$8,000,000" and 
substitute "$2,600,000."
	(2)  Add the following to the end of the amendment:                            
	"(4)  On page III-88, Texas A&M University-Kingsville, add 
the following section:
	Sec. _____.  Irma Rangel School of Pharmacy.  In addition to 
the funds appropriated above, Texas A&M-Kingsville is hereby 
appropriated $5.4 million for the completion of the building, for 
furnishing and equipping the facility, and for other costs as 
required for the school to begin accepting students in the fall 2005 
semester.  The legislature determines that there is a demonstrated 
need for this project."
