Amend Amendment No. 254 by Flynn to CSHB 1 (amendment packet 
page 327) by adding the following item to the end of the amendment:
	(___) In Article I of the bill, following the appropriations 
to the Commission on Human Rights (pages I-58-60), add the 
following rider:
	(___) A complainant under Chapter 21, Labor Code, may bring a 
civil action relating to any alleged unlawful employment practice 
without requesting or receiving a notice of the right to file a 
civil action from the Commission on Human Rights under Chapter 21, 
Labor Code, if the complainant files a written notice of the 
complainant's intent to file the action with the attorney general 
not less than 90 days before the date the complainant files the 
civil action.
