Amend Amendment No. 261 by Davis to CSHB 1 (beginning on page 
276, amendment packet) by striking all below "Amend CSHB 1 as 
follows:" and substituting the following:
	(1) Decrease the Article VI appropriation to the Parks and 
Wildlife Department for Strategy B.1.2, Local Parks (page VI-28), 
by $3,250,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $3,250,000 in Fiscal Year 
2005.
	(2) Increase the Article III appropriation to the Teacher 
Retirement System for Strategy A.2.1, Retiree Health (page III-31), 
by $3,250,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $3,250,000 in Fiscal Year 
2005.
