Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page I-73, add the following appropriately-numbered 
rider:           
	"_____.  Sale of Bullock Museum.  Notwithstanding any other 
provision of this Act, the State Board of Preservation is directed 
to sell the Bob Bullock Texas History Museum to The University of 
Texas System for no less than $80 million, which is authorized to 
purchase the museum from funds available from the Permanent 
University Fund, and the necessary funds are hereby appropriated."
	(2)  On page III-31, increase funding for Strategy A.3.1 
Active Health by $80 million for teacher health insurance.
