Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	1) On page III-63, The University of Texas at Austin, by 
reducing the general revenue appropriation for Strategy A.1.7: 
Indirect Cost Recovery by $20,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and 
$20,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2005.
	2) On page III-43, increase the general revenue appropriation 
for Strategy B.1.11: Texas Grant Program by $20,000,000 Fiscal Year 
2004 and $20,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2005.
