Amend Amendment No. 27 by Eiland to CSHB 1 (page 17, amendment 
packet) as follows:
	(1)  Strike "$2,900,253 in 2004 and by $2,800,252 in 2005" and 
substitute "$2,700,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 
2004 and by $2,700,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 
2005".
	(2)  Add the following to the end of the amendment:                            
	Increase the Article II appropriations to the Department of 
Human Services for Strategy A.1.4 IN HOME & FAMILY SUPPORT by 
$2,700,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2004 and by 
$2,700,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2005.
