Amend Amendment No. 281 by Hochberg to CSHB 1 (amendment 
packet, page 366) as follows:
	(1) On page 1, line 5, between the period and "For", insert 
the following:   
	Under this section, a RN professional nursing program is 
considered a separate institution for purposes of eligibility for 
rapid growth funding.
	(2) On page 1, line 8, strike "5" and substitute "8".                          
	(3) On page 1, line 12, strike "10" and substitute "15".                       
	(4) On page 1, lines 13-15, strike "This subsection should be 
fully funded prior to providing funding under subsections (b) or 
(c).".
