Amend Amendment No. 283 by Hochberg to CSHB 1 (amendment 
packet, page 368) on page 1 by striking lines 3-14 and substituting 
the following:
	adding the following text at the end of the rider:                             
	Under this section, a RN professional nursing program is 
considered a separate institution for purposes of eligibility for 
rapid growth funding.
