Amend Amendment No. 285 by Isett to CSHB 1 (amendment packet 
page 362) on page 1, lines 5-6, by striking "Using an appropriate 
portion of the money appropriated to the Teacher Retirement System 
by this Act" and substituting "From funds available to administer 
the system".
