Amend Amendment No. 294 by McReynolds to CSHB 1 (amendment 
packet, page 386) as follows:
	(1) On page 1, line 8, strike "up to, but not exceeding, 25% 
of".            
	(2) On page 1, line 9, between "courses" and the period, 
insert "in the same proportion that those courses generated 
dramatic enrollment growth funding".
	(3) On page 1, strike lines 10-16.                                             
	(4) On page 1, lines 21-22, strike "up to, but not exceeding, 
25% of".       
	(5) Strike the text on page 2 and substitute "growth in RN 
professional nursing courses in the same proportion that those 
courses generated dramatic enrollment growth funding".
