Add the following rider to the bill pattern of Tarleton State 
University:  
	Scholarship Match. Out of the funds appropriated above, 
funds may be used to provide a match for funds collected by a one 
dollar per semester credit hour fee for a student endowment 
scholarship and internship adopted by student referendum, pursuant 
to Education Code, Subsection 56.242.
