Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	On page 24 Article IV, Judiciary Section, Comptroller's 
Department, Section D.1.3. Strategy: Public Integrity Unit, 
increase the general appropriation by $180,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 
and $180,000 in Fiscal Year 2005.
	On page 79 Article I, Office of State-Federal Relations, 
reduce the general revenue appropriation for Goal A: Influence 
Federal Action, by $180,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $180,000 in 
Fiscal Year 2005.
