Amend CSHB 1 in Article IV of the bill as follows:                           

(1)  In Rider 3a following the appropriation to the Court of 	Criminal Appeals (pages IV-3 and IV-4), insert  "and other 
entities" between "association of prosecuting attorneys" and 
"whose purposes include providing".
	(2)  In Rider 3b following the appropriation to the Court of 
Criminal Appeals (page IV-4), insert "and other entities" between 
"association of criminal defense attorneys" and "whose purposes 
include providing".
