Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	1.)  On page I-53, Historical Commission, A.1.5.  Strategy 
(Courthouse Preservation), reduce the amount of the appropriation 
by $10,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2004.
	2.  On page VI-12, Commission on Environmental Quality, 
C.1.2.  Strategy (Hazardous Materials Clean-Up), increase the 
amount of appropriation by $5,000,000 for each year of the 
biennium.
