Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1) In Article VI, on page VI-13, appropriations for the 
Commission on Environmental Quality, strike the "Schedule of Exempt 
Positions" and substitute the following:

	Executive Director, Group 5      $90,060      $90,060"                         
	(2) In Article IX, Sec. 3.05(b)(3), on page IX-25, 
establishing salary and employment provisions, strike Subdivision 
(J).
