Amend Article VI, CSHB 1, on page VI-21, by adding a new rider 
appropriately numbered to read as follows:
	"_____. Contingency Appropriation: Increased Operating 
Permit Fees: HB 2290.  In addition to the amounts appropriated 
above, there is hereby appropriated to the Commission of 
Environmental Quality any additional fees collected as the result 
of the passage of HB 2290 or similar legislation.  These funds shall 
be used for enforcement and monitoring activities in Strategy A.1.1 
Air Quality Permitting."
