Amend Amendment No. 32 to CSHB 1 by Naishtat (amendment 
package page 22) by striking item (2) of the amendment and 
substituting:
	(2)  Following the Article II appropriations to the Health 
and Human Services Commission, add the following rider, numbered 
appropriately:
	_____.  MEDICALLY NEEDY ADULTS PROGRAM.  The amount of 
$60,800,000 is appropriated out of the general revenue fund to the 
Health and Human Services Commission for the purpose of restoring 
the medically needy adults program for the state fiscal biennium 
ending August 31, 2005.
