Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	1.)  On Page VI-28, Parks and Wildlife Department, B.1.2.  
Strategy (Local Parks), reduce the amount of appropriations by 
$5,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $5,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2005.
	2.)  On page VI-12, Commission on Environmental Quality, C. 
Goal:  Special Item Support, add "C.1.2.  Strategy:  Flood Control, 
Identify and acquire locations for water retention areas." and 
appropriate $5,000,000 for Fiscal Year 2004 and $5,000,000 for 
Fiscal Year 2005.
