Amend Amendment No. 6 by Heflin to CSHB 1 (page 5, amendment 
packet) by adding the following to the end of the text of the 
amendment:
	This prohibition regarding political polling does not apply 
to a poll conducted by an academic institution as part of the 
institution's academic mission that is not conducted for the 
benefit of a particular candidate or party.
