Amend CSHB 1, Article 1, Trusteed Programs within the Office 
of the Governor, on page I-52, by adding the following rider:
	_____.  Criminal Justice Funds.  Out of funds appropriated in 
Strategy A.1.4.  Criminal Justice, the governor shall allocate not 
less than $350,000 in each year of the biennium to fund Community 
Youth Development Programs in Strategy A.1.7 At-Risk Prevention 
Services, Protective and Regulatory Services, page II-95.
