Amend CSHB 1 in Article 1 by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider (on page I-52) following the 
appropriations to the trusteed programs within the office of the 
governor:
	___ The criminal justice division of the governor's office, 
from funds appropriated under this Act, may not award a grant under 
Section 772.006, Government Code, to a multijurisdictional drug 
task force.
