(1) Following "as follows" in Amendment No. 46, insert the 
following:      
	"Drug courts" means drug court programs as defined by Health 
and Safety Code Sec. 469.001.
	(2) On page III-31, increase funding for Strategy A.3.1. 
Active Health by $19 million for the biennium ending August 31, 
2005.
