Amend Amendment No. 48 by Eiland to CSHB 1 (page 35, amendment 
packet) as follows:
	(2) Add the following to the end of the amendment:                             
	Increase the Article II appropriations to the Department of 
Human Services for Strategy A.1.4 IN HOME & FAMILY SUPPORT by $5.00 
million for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2004 and by 
$5.00 million for the state fiscal year ending in August 31, 2005.
