Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In Article 1, add the following appropriately numbered 
rider under the appropriations to the Commission on Human Rights 
(page I-58):
	_____.  Data Collected.  The Commission on Human Rights shall 
collect information on all complaints of discriminatory practices 
from persons claiming to be aggrieved by a discriminatory 
employment practice.
