Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     

(1)  Increase the Article II appropriations to the Texas 	Department of Health for Strategy A.1.4, Radiation Control (page 
II-20), by $323,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 
2004, and by $323,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 
2005.
	(2)  Adjust totals and methods of financing appropriately.
