to CSHB 1 by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the 
following:
	Amend CSHB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
Subdivision to Section 11.29 of the bill (Article IX, page 86):

$323,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2004, and 
$323,000 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2005;
