Amend Amendment No. 63 by Hochberg to CSHB 1 (page 47, 
amendment packet) by striking lines 10-11 and substituting the 
following:
	(3) Increase the Article II appropriations to the Department 
of Human Services for Strategy A.1.4 IN HOME & FAMILY SUPPORT by 
$1,490,138 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2004, and 
$1,490,137 for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2005, and 
adjust totals and methods of financing accordingly.
