Amend Amendment No. 63 by Hochberg to CSHB 1 (page 47 of the 
amendment packet) as follows:
	(1)  Strike lines 10 and 11 of the amendment and substitute 
the following:   
	(3)  On page III-2, increase the appropriation for the year 
ending September 1, 2004, for Strategy A.2.4, Students with 
Disabilities, by $2,980,275.
	(4)  On page III-16, in Rider 53 to the Texas Education 
Agency, by increasing the amount set aside for 2004 by $2,980,275.
