Amend Amendment No. 66 on page 48 of the packet in CSHB 1 as 
follows:      
	1).  On page VI-42, by reducing the general revenue 
appropriation in Strategy A.1.2 Brush Control Assistance by 
$6,460,424 $4,300,000 in FY 2004 and $38,564 in Fiscal Year 2005.
	2.)  On page II-21, increase funding for Strategy A.3.2 
Immunizations by $6.5 million $2,150,000 for Immunization Funding 
in FY 2004 and $2,150,000 in FY 2005.
