	On page VI-42, Strategy A.1.2 Brush Control Assistance, 
reduce the amount by $4,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2004.
	On page II-21, A.3.5. Strategy (TOBACCO EDUCATION AND 
PREVENTION), increase the amount by $2,000,000 in each year.
