Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page VI-5, Department of Agriculture, amend Section 
14.  Appropriation:  GO TEXAN Partner Program, between the words 
"$2,000,000" and the words "to be transferred" by deleting the 
words "in General Revenue" and inserting the words "from the Hotel 
Occupancy Tax Deposits Account No. 5003".
	(2)  On page II-23, increase funding for Strategy D.1.3 
Special Needs Children by $2 million for Children w/ Special Health 
Care Needs.
