Courthouse Preservation, by reducing the general revenue
appropriation in Fiscal Year 2004 by $13,300,000.
(2) On page II-23, increase funding for Strategy D.1.3
Special Needs Children by $13.3 million for Children w/ Special
Health Care Needs.
