Amend Amendment No. 97 by Hodge to CSHB 1 (amendment package 
page 343) by striking lines 2 through 8 of the amendment and 
substituting the following:
	In Article IX of the bill, Section 11.29, add the following 
appropriately numbered subdivision and renumber the subsequent 
subdivisions appropriately:
	(  )  Health and Human Services for medically necessary health 
care to Medicaid eligible pregnant women:  $87,300,000.
