The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend Amendment No. 6 to CSHB 4 by Nixon as follows:                         
	(1) On page 12 of the amendment, after line 27, insert a new 
Sec. 149.008 to read as follows:
		"Sec. 149.008. SEVERABILITY. Notwithstanding any other 
law, if any provision of this chapter or any provision of the 
general laws regarding applicability or effectiveness of 
this chapter is determined to be unconstitutional under the 
constitution of this state or the United States, this entire 
chapter shall have no force or effect."
