Amend Amendment No. 6 to CSHB 4 by Nixon as follows:                         
	(1) On page 12, line 27 of the amendment insert the following 
between "liabilities" and the period: 
	"and to the extent the underlying transaction that 
transferred the assets at issue bear a reasonable relationship to 
the State of Texas".
