Substitute for the Eiland Amendment to CSHB 4 (beginning on 
page 332, amendment packet) the following:
	Amend CSHB 4 as follows:                                                       
	On page 82, between lines 2 and 3, insert a new SECTION 10.271 
of the bill to read as follows:
	SECTION 10.271.  Section 242.0372, Health and Safety Code, is 
repealed.
