Amend the Gallego Amendment to CSHB 4 on page 339 of the 
Amendment Packet by striking the language in the amendment and 
substituting the following:
	Sec. 11.06. "Notwithstanding any other law, a health care 
provider is liable for all damages to a female patient or a child, 
without limitation, caused by the performance of an abortion that 
does not conform to the applicable standard of care.  For purposes 
of this section, a child includes an unborn fetus."
