Substitute the following for the Dunnam amendment:                           
	Amend CSHB 4, ARTICLE 10, by inserting a new appropriately 
numbered Section of Article 4590i, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, 
to read as follows:
	Sec. 12.03. REFERRAL OF REGULATORY AGENCY. If a claimant 
provides credible evidence that a health care provider who is a 
defendant in an action to which this article applies has committed 
repeated negligent acts or omissions and the trier of fact 
determines that the health care provider is a danger to the public, 
the court shall refer the health care provider to the appropriate 
regulatory agency.
