Amend Amendment No. 25 by Rose to CSHB 4 (beginning on page 
565, amendment packet) on page 8 of the amendment, line 10, after 
the period by inserting the following:
	The contingent rate rollback required by the article does not 
apply to a policy or coverage delivered, issued for delivery, or 
renewed for a public hospital in this state.
