Amend CSHB 4 on page 2, between lines 17 and 18, by inserting:               
	(c)  Each state agency by rule shall set the fee to be charged 
a moving party to conduct the investigation and grant the 
administrative remedy required by this chapter.  The moving party 
shall be responsible for this fee.
