Amend CSHB 4 as follows:                                                     
	On Page 12, after Line 12 insert a new subdivision (3) to read 
as follows and renumber the remaining subdivisions appropriately:
		(4) involving condemnation of property by a 
governmental entity, including an action governed by Chapter 21, 
Property Code, or any other law;
