Amend CSHB 4 as follows:                                                     
	On page 12, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following:                       
	Sec. 42.0019. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER TO BUSINESS CLAIMS. 
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, this chapter 
applies only to the settlement of a claim:
		(1) by one business entity against another business 
entity, as defined by Section 306.001, Finance Code; and
		(2) in an amount equal to $1 million or more.
