Substitute for the Martinez Fischer amendment to CSHB 4 
(beginning on page 136, amendment packet) the following:
	Amend CSHB 4 by inserting on page 37, between lines 10 and 11, 
a new Section 4.111 to read as follows:
	SECTION 4.111.  It is not the intent or purpose of this 
article to affect workers compensation law.
