	On page 32, strike lines 10-11, and substitute the following:                  
	The term "responsible third party" does not include the 
claimant's employer, if the employer maintained workers 
compensation insurance coverage, as determined by Section 401.011 
(44), Labor Code, at the time of the act, event, or occurrence made 
the basis of the claimant's suit.
