Amend Amendment 76 by Davis (beginning on page 149, Amendment 
Packet) by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the 
following:
	Amend CSHB 4 as follows:                                                       
	(1)  On page 34, line 2, strike the word "or".                                 
	(2)  On page 34, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following 
new subdivisions appropriately numbered and renumber the existing 
Subdivision (2) appropriately:
		( )  an action in which the claimant is a child under the 
age of 18;        
		( )  an action in which the claimant is disabled as 
defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act;
		( )  an action in which the claimant is over the age of 
65; or
