Amend CSHB 4 as follows:                                                     
	1. On Page 39, Line 21, insert a new subsection (2) to read as 
follows and renumber the remaining subsections accordingly:
		(2) that the claimant was less than 18 years of age at 
the time of the injury that is the basis of the claim;
	2. On Page 40, Line 15 before the word "In" insert " (a)"        
	3. On Page 41, after Line 3, insert a new subsection (b) to 
read as follows: 
	(b) This section does not apply to an action in which the 
claimant was less than 18 years of age at the time.
	4. On Page 42 after Line 19 insert a new subsection (d) to 
read as follows:  
	(d) This section does not apply to an action in which the 
claimant was less than 18 years of age at the time.
