Amend CSHB 4 as follows:                                                     
	1.  On Page 39, Line 21, insert a new subsection (2) to read as 
follows and renumber the remaining subsections accordingly:
		(2)  that the claimant was over the age of 65 at the time 
of the injury that is the basis of the claim;
	2.  On Page 40, Line 15 before the word "In" insert "(a)"                      
	3.  On Page 41, after Line 3, insert a new subsection (b) to 
read as follows:
	(b)  This section does not apply to an action in which the 
claimant over the age of 65 at the time of the injury.
	4.  On Page 42, after Line 19 insert a new subsection (d) to 
read as follows:
	(d)  This section does not apply to an action in which the 
claimant over the age of 65 at the time of the injury.
