Amend CSHB 4 as follows:                                                     
	1.  On Page 40, Line 15 insert "(a)" before the word "In".                     
	2.  On Page 41, after Line 3 insert a new subsection (b) to 
read as follows: 
	(b)  This section does not apply to any product that is 
designed or intended to be used to induce a non-surgical or 
spontaneous abortion.
	3.  On Page 42 after Line 19 by inserting a new subsection (d) 
to read as follows:
	(d)  This section does not apply to any product that is 
designed or intended to be used to induce a non-surgical or 
spontaneous abortion.
	4.  On Page 92, Line 10, after the word "Amended" insert "and 
new Subsection 41.008 (c-1), Civil Practice and Remedies Code, is 
added."
	5.  Amend CSHB 4 as follows on Page 92 after Line 18 by 
inserting a new Subsection (c-1) to read as follows:
	(c-1) Subsection (b) does not apply to an action to which 
Chapter 82 applies if the product was designed or intended to be 
used to induce a non-surgical or spontaneous abortion.
