Amend Amendment No. 6 to CSHB 4 by Nixon as follows:                         
	(1) On page 12, strike lines 28 through 31 of the amendment 
and substitute the following:
			"SECTION _____ .02. Chapter 149, Civil Practice 
and Remedies Code does not apply to successor 
asbestos-related liabilities that were assumed or 
incurred before the effective date of this article."
