Amend CSHB 4 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 10.01 of 
the bill, in added Section 74.001(a)(11), Civil Practice and 
Remedies Code, by inserting the following appropriately lettered 
paragraph between Paragraphs (C) and (D) (between page 16, line 69 
and page 17, line 1) and relettering remaining paragraphs 
appropriately:
	(_)  a health services district created under Chapter 287, 
Health and Safety Code;
